Account setup

Your agent sets up your account and assigns an administrator.

Core data setup

The administrator sets up your core data and specific module requirements, for example branches, departments, supplier rating, and competencies.

Module setup

The administrator sets up specific module parameters. Event types, improvement codes, and document types are all configured at this point.

Users & passwords

Finally the administrator assigns initial login and passwords through the HR module.

Mango is now fully operational and ready for employee collaboration. The administrator will only require 1 - 2 hours of training by your agent to be fully competent to administer the system. It' s that simple.
