  • Lots! It’ll reduce your compliance workload, freeing you up to work on your business, rather than in it. You’ll have much more certainty and control around events, document control and risk. You’ll be much more productive and efficient, and there’ll be more clarity and consistency throughout your organisation. The bottom line is that Mango will help you grow a healthier bottom line.

  • Intranet systems give you a place to house documents – but not control them. It can be hard to limit employee access to certain documents. A lot of time can be lost waiting for the IT team to administer access rights. Access to the intranet from branch sites or out of the office can be difficult or impossible.

Mango doesn’t limit where you work or control documents from – you can access your documents and scheduled events from any computer connected to the Internet. With Mango, controlling access to documentation sits with the Mango Administrator, who sits outside the IT team. You’ll have access to the system and your information from anywhere, 24/7.

  • There is always some effort involved when changing from one system to another.  Mango has a number of built-in tools to make this process quick and easy.  The small, one-off effort is worth it because Mango will significantly reduce your compliance costs and headaches.

  • Access into Mango is through a user defined password.

Mango servers are located behind firewalls and use the latest virus protection.

All data transferred between Mango and its clients is encrypted using 128 bit encryption. You are also protected from datastream viruses because attachments and records are not opened within Mango, thus avoiding virus infection. For added safety Mango also uses extra virus protection.

In plain English this means that your data is safe from both hackers and viruses.

  • Paper systems are passive - manuals sit on shelves doing nothing until someone can find the time and energy to open them up and shuffle the paper inside. Paper systems are also prone to inaccuracies and duplication. Creating a paper trail for audits or management reviews can eat up lots of time – you’ll need to get information from many different sources, and then spend time rearranging that information to create reports to identify trends and issues.

Mango is an active system – it will automatically remind you when events are due, and it will escalate those reminders until the task is signed off.

With Mango there’s no duplication or outdated, inaccurate policies and procedures – the right documentation is in front of everyone, all the time, any time.

With Mango there’s no need to create a paper trail, either – all of the history, action and communication related to a particular event, improvement or accident is automatically logged in the one place. Reports are created instantly for better, faster decision making.

  • Your system just keeps going.

Organisations put a lot of time, effort and expense into developing their systems - Mango ensures that this time and money is not wasted.

Because the system keeps going, critical events won’t be overlooked. This enables organisations to maintain their operational effectiveness.

  • Absolutely!

If you operate from multiple sites you’ll want to make sure that everyone is working from the same page. With paper/Excel based systems this can be a huge drain on resources.

With Mango your documentation will be consistent across all sites with just one source of control. Bureaucracy is minimised, communication is easier and creating reports is simple and consistent, right across the organisation. Your internal costs will be reduced, meaning a healthier bottom line.

  • Organisations often put a lot of resources onto developing their own databases – and find that when the employee/s responsible leave, there is no one left to properly support and maintain it.

Don’t waste your precious time and money developing a white elephant – with Mango you are getting an instantly available, fully supported and maintained system that is proven in the marketplace.

  • No. Your monthly hosting fee covers everything.

  • Apart from authorised Mango employees and Mango programming staff, all access to your environment is controlled by logins and passwords that you control.

Authorised Mango employees will only access your information if it’s necessary for training purposes. Mango programmers will only access information when there is a reported technical issue.

  • Outlook houses an individual’s calendar and tasks. When that person leaves, the information often disappears with their laptop or diary, and there is no way of accurately checking and reallocating their pending tasks. Furthermore, a spreadsheet can’t “talk” to Outlook to automatically set up jobs or reminders.

Mango houses an organisation’s tasks. What’s more, the Mango modules “talk” to each other, generating reminder emails to keep you and your organisation on track. If an employee leaves and their tasks aren’t signed off, emails automatically escalate to notify the Mango Administrator. Tasks can then be addressed or instantly reallocated.
