Expand all | Collapse allBefore you can start adding your organisation’s risks to Mango, you need to set up a template(s).
It is important that you think about what data you need to capture as when the template is locked it cannot be edited in the future. This is because the template designs the internal database.
Note: before setting up a template, draft it first and have the organisation approve it before setting it up as a template.
In the template setup, there are two fields that the system sets up by default. These are the Name of the risk and a field for Rating.
Mango allows you the freedom to create your own risk register templates:

Click on Add on the left panel to open an input form - there are several fields available:
Editing or deleting a Risk:
Click on the risk you wish to edit or delete.

You can view any current risk register within a few clicks.
