This is an overview of the Mango Administration options and functions (these would previously be controlled by an IT department).

• Log on to Mango.
• Click on System Admin on the left panel.
• Displayed in the main panel are three main administration modules:
  • Initial Setup Data
  • Improvement Setup
  • and Site Utilities.

Initial setup data

Contains the basic information required to make Mango functional. This module contains the following options (please note that information inputted here rarely changes and is used throughout Mango):

• Departments
• Branches
• Competency levels (for training)
• Supplier & sub-contractor Ratings

Improvement setup

Defines your organisation's processes for review, data analysis, investigation and reporting of non-conformances, customer complaints, opportunities for improvement and suggestions.

Site utilities

Contains further levels of detail required to make Mango functional. This module contains the following options (please note that information inputted here rarely changes and is used throughout Mango):

• Licence Types
• Upload Employees (from Excel spreadsheet)
• Archive Event Management
• Event Types (by magic these will appear in the Event module)
• Reassign Employee Jobs (enables you to reassign tasks when an employee leaves and is replaced by another)
• Manual Types (enables you to restrict viewing access for certain manuals)
