A lot of organisations get employees to complete a Hazard Risk Assessment and Control form/plan for every hazard they identify. This process should not be used for Hazards already identified, it should be done only for Hazarda that meet a certain risk level or you will weigh your self down in unnecessary paperwork.
Tip for Mango Users: Don’t worry, Mango steps you through this each time you add a new hazard to the risk module. As long as you don’t change the hazard from its current location or use, you will not need to do anything else.
