Exciting Changes to the Employee Sub-module

In preparation for a future release that affects the access rights to the Human Resources module, we have made some changes to the Employee sub-module.

The following enhancements aligns Mango with best practice for recording an employee’s skills, qualifications and one-off training.

Assessment Module Removed

We have removed the Assessment module. This functionality has been replaced by the user selecting the print option (top right) when viewing an employee. 

This will then display all the employee's details, their comeptency records and PPE records.

Competency Module Removed

The Competency module has been renamed Skills/Qualification (and now includes the latter). This allows the skills and qualifications to be edited.

Qualifications Tab and Employee Training Record Tab Removed

To align the 3 elements of competency we have combined these into one tab called 'Competency'. This aligns with best practice and industry thinking. This will display to external auditors the employee’s full competency records and make it simpler to understand the competency of an employee. This new Competency tab displays the following:

1. Qualifications
2. Skills
3. Employee Training Records

PPE Tab

We have added a new tab to this display for employee’s PPE.
